Billirubin count 28

Having some dull to mild pain in lower right abdomen near appendix area. Did a blood test and everything was good but billirubin was a 28 . I was told normal is 1 to 20. I asked doc if alcohol could be causing it. I drink a man's limit on average daily. I am assuming this could be a contributing factor. Have quite drinking now. Have an ultrasound booked.
