May I remind everyone that the correct process for reporting is via the report button.

By sending a private message to an individual moderator means there may be a significant delay in dealing with your issue/complaint.

I am sure you can appreciate we are dealing with an unprecedented work load at present, and would welcome your support in maintaining the friendly , supportive forum that you have all helped to create.
