Ggt 138 abdominal pain

Hi I’m new to this site hoping someone can give me some insight into my situation. For a while I have been experiencing abdominal pain usually located on my left side under my ribs at times radiating to my back other times around my belly button. I have seen a gastro doc who diagnosed me with ibs and gastritis was given medication that did help with the some pain but the abdominal pains persisted. I also had a ultrasound of my abdomen the results are as follows: 1. Hepatic Steatosis and Probable sparring of fatty infiltration about the gallbladder fossa. Recommend 3-phase liver CT Scan to exclude more significant liver parenchymal lesion”. I assume this means fatty liver? My new doctor ordered blood work, negative for all hepatitis. My GGT was 138 and my lymph’s we’re slightly elevated. Very High triglycerides and slightly high ldl cholesterol. I have not seen anyone for a fallow up appointment as the veterans administration is extremely slow right now. Anyone have any insight or perhaps going through something similar
