Our local liver buddies have two teams in the transplant games “walk a billion steps” challenge which is really encouraging me to get out and challenge myself! Great walk this morning and kept stopping to look at the beauty around me and take time to just ‘be’

Is that Plymouth Sound? Beautiful picture, either way.

Love it, are you down on the Barbican? Enjoy the bowls!

I avoided the Barbican today! Too busy by the time I was walking. I walked back into town from the Royal William Yard, via Devil’s Point, Millbay Road and West Hoe. Very therapeutic 🙏

Is this the world transplant games? I cant find any information on when to start it or how. I have a friend who had a transplant kidney and he wants to do it virtually as he is in another country at the moment.

I think you need to go to

wtgf.org

And look for the challenge and that will then take you to an app called MoveSpring where you can register for the challenge. It runs till December I think.

Hope this helps🙏
