Alcohol detox and aching
Oh dear Cashie, what happened between 9 months ago and now? You won't get rid of this pain until you lay off the booze indefinitely and allow your liver to recover completely. It may be that your pain isn't caused through alcohol misuse but you have said previously that you notice it goes when you dont drink so it definitely isn't helping and 4 days AF won't be long enough for those pains to go. If you are finding it difficult to quit for any length of time, it would seem you are dependant on this poison so you really should try to get an appointment with your doc, explain your pains, be honest about the amount and frequency you drink and ask for help to quit.
Take care

I know i have been had bloods done they think its my gallbladder, but I don't even think about beer like i was so bored that's why I drank but I have a goal to lose weight now and now exercising and it doesn't even cross my mind tbh I'm just hoping this is the real deal and I don't get bored again. Good morning Cashiee97,
Keep up the good work !
If you have any new symptoms that are persistant or worsening, please seek medical assessment - if nothing else it will give you peace of mind and encourage you to stay on your alcohol free path.

I have been drinking heavily for the last 10 yrs and I just started getting right side pain on my last bad binge. I’ve been off alcohol for 6 months with no pain relief at all and it’s all on the right side from my hip to my neck. A chiropractor helped ease some of it but I feel like it’s never going away. I have fatty liver stage 1 that so far seems to only be alcohol related so hopefully in a years time I’ll get rid of it as my last fibroscan still showed 21% fat even with extreme diet, weight loss and no booze. It’s probably going to take a lot to get rid of the pain and every time alcohol comes back I think that will just set it back even more.
I hope you can start to feel some relief soon but maybe try a chiropractor to get some of the edge off.
you do get pain in back thats body cleaning toxins out eg kidneys , keep at it ive been dry 10 years now
