Straw coloured or yellow urine is normal. You are in trouble with your liver when its approaching cola coloured.

You are only one week into your journey of recovery, your liver will need many months of TLC before it's going to show major degrees of recovery. It's taken years to get as poorly as you think it is.

You need a thorough medical assessment, get your liver assessed and keep looking after yourself. Sadly although recovery to some degree is possible it is a slow journey.

It takes time to be back to normal if you are at stage that can reverse the problem

One week is not enough time to see the difference and it depends on how bad the damage of your liver

Only doctor can tell

Reverse or not repairable, still quitting alcohol is always a good idea

Good luck
