Trust you are making up for that lack of fluid before going to sleep! Never mind if you wake up desperate for a wee - it will be worth it in the โlongโ run, surely!?
Anyway sleep is good - go for it! After suitable fluid intake of course ๐๐

Hi Dogbot
Sorry to read you've had a bad night of itchy skin which I understand and can be debilitating at times as I too suffer now and then.
Do you find the itching is worse when your dehydrated as I struggle to drink lots of fluid most days and no wonder whether the two could be connected ?
When I was a drinker once in a while I used to give it up for a few days they was not nice days but the one thing that I had was itchy skin and I found the only thing that helped was lots of fluid not plain water, squash was good or sugary drinks they would help with the shakes and the itchy skin, but be careful it you suffer with Ascites ? Because you mustnโt drink to much with that.
What I have found that helps me is Lucazade sport full fat not diet or low fat it also replaces electrolytes.
I get itchy nightโs too I use E45 get big pump jar from my Gp, keep the skin moist, so I take a prescription antihistamine and rub an ice cube all over the effective areas it seems to numb the area and the itching starts to calm down
And I read a book or watch tv get
My mind off the itching.
Stay safe bless ๐
Hi Dogbot
This is only a suggestion! My GP recommended Fexofenadine Tablets which stopped my itchiness! I believe you can only get on prescription, so it maybe something you could discuss with your GP ?
