Paleo.

Low carb Mediterranean.

No sugar

No booze

Plenty water

Plenty cruciferous veg

Plenty eggs

Dont be scared of fat, your body needs fat but keep away from saturated fat.

Intermittent fasting (only eat during a 8 hour window of the day each day.

Eat a calorie deficit.

When im asleep mostly then you can just skip breakfast or makr your dinner the last food of the day.

It isnt a stastic as some make it out to be.

Go to sleep on an empty stomach too.

Nothing processed, no red meat, plenty of fruit and veg, drink water, chicken, turkey, fish, watch your portion sizes and regular exercise to burn fat. Think healthy lifestyle rather than diet.

I am a patient from IU Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN, USA I am on low carb diet, 30 carbs per day, plus exercise, 3 to 4 days a week, I am 67 yrs old retired male I have lost 85lbs , plus all of the insulin I was on for diabetes which 225 units a day 5 shots.. plus lost 5 other pills don't need, no booze plenty of water no sugar, plenty of eggs good protein, broccolli, spinach, cauliflower,cabbage, brussel sprouts, and only fruit are berries straw,blue,black, rasberries.....hard cheese, no potato,or bread,rice,pasta, don't if not hungry, I only eat 2 meals a day, I only drink water of black coffee. No soft drinks, Postively no alcohol....Try it I feel better in the last 15 mos, than I have in the last 30 yrs. Ron
