Drains???

Hi

My husband had a drain in Nov worked well no issues. Has had to have another one last week on Thurs and since sat night has had some pain. Worse yesterday swollen etc seen GP for antibiotics as says it's a little red in the area but dressing still on and no temperature and belly soft so says not SBI

Any advice?

Thanks Lynne. All a bit tough. I went away and family looked after him but he's not great now so it is worrying. Our GP is excellent though so can't fault him and trust his judgement so antibiotics for now and see if improves if not A&E in next few days. I really hope not!! Going away helped buy coming back has been like a brick in the face!!!of reality
