Seladelpar PBC TREATMENT

Hi all! Just heared that seladelpar trial is not active anymore. It was very promissing and it was hope(.

Is anybody has any updates?

It seems the trials have been stopped for NASH and PSC and put on hold for PBC, due to signs of toxicity. Such a shame it was doing so well.

Thanks for the link. Lets hope that they will carry on with pbc trial.
