Morning everyone. I am having one of many sleepless nights partly because of pain under right ribs. I have compensated liver disease but apart from usual aches and exhaustion i have been well. Last few days I have had this nagging pain in right side under ribs radiating into my back. My gums have also bled few times spontaneously which is also new. Last uss showed gallstones so I'm wondering if this is a liver thing or gallstones issue. Any ideas. Not due back at hepatitis until Feb but wonder if I should be asking for quicker appt.

Hi Annie,
If you have symptoms that you are concerned about and pain, we would suggest you consider trying to expedite and push forward your consultant appointment. Can you maybe speak to the consultant's medical secretary?
