Unfortunately, no one on the forum is medically quaified to be able to interpret your scan report.
It is very important that you see a trained doctor who can talk you through your report and explain any relevant diagnosis to you.
Best wishes

Never miss hospital appointments for work commitments!
I learnt the hard way that it's not worth it. I kept ignoring the fact I felt awful as I had a lot on at work. The delay in getting treatment meant my liver was damaged permanently when had I got treatment earlier it may have not had permanent damage (I had blocked veins in my liver and needed a shunt to divert bloodflow).
Work is never more important than your health - you need to be alive and well to work and you can always get a different job whereas you can't get a new liver very easily.
Only a specialist would be able to interpret your results. Ring up and get another appointment if you haven't already.
