Thanks Hermit

I also found this very interesting.

First post on here, I was turned down for a transplant in April this year due to various comorbidity factors. I am currently working towards improving fitness, although you would never know that there was anything wrong with me.

Problem list

Chronic Hep B from birth Diagnosed 2001/2

Cirrhosis confirmed 2013

NAFLD

Ischemic Heart disease 2 stents 2013

PAD

CT(Iodine) Contrast allergy

2017 Microwave Ablation, early stage HCC

2019 June, Metachronous HCC 3 nodes treated with TACE

Apart from having my gall bladder out in 2001, I have never had any symptoms, no angina, and always considered myself fit and healthy. I just thought that procrastination and lack of energy was down to laziness.

How do you go about getting on these trials, can you apply or do you have to be referred ?

I'm just of to do a cpet test at kings, fingers crossed !
