I have fat liver ! Anyone can give me his experience of how can get better ??

Hi pablorc. The best way is to avoid foods that are bad for you., Fatty food, sugars, salt, alcohol is a definite no! Eat healthily, Lose weight if needed and exercise. I found that drinking plenty of water helps too. All the best. Alf

I agree with Alf, but would also suggest that you look at any other medication you might be taking. Some medicines can be quite harmful for the liver, and if you happen to be taking a mixture of medication, these when all taken together can be rather toxic. This is just a thought.
