Hi just some advise had home assessment and it was my mandatory reconsideration and for weeks never sleep and never eatin all cause of this day but after all everythink what my partner told her was all true but 3weeks ago letter came been award 1sr part but one point missin to get mobility bit and after all only get low rate but reason my partner appeal against it for she wrote lies down what we didn't say and after all this was my mandatory reconsideration home visit ? So after ringing them up my partner got call saying someone in your area and if thats ok for them see your wife about your appeal and day came she ask told different question and she was very very cheeky towards my partner when letter came she told lot lot lies and took all my pip from not even any points and took part l was award on well my partner phone up person on phone could understand why some one else came out and mandatory reconsideration means you can be award same money or more but can't be takin from you so she told us write complain about last medinice and she told us some sort of mix up here couldn't understand why had to have another home assessment so my partner wrote 4page letter in with also doctor letter to and still waitin and it's coming up 4weeks and still no form been sent out put complain in about her so makes me think no she told all lies because 1st person who award wife for pip but not on mobility was same answers what l said 10yrs ago so what shall we do ?

Gosh, i am having a little trouble understanding this, I think these people really ought to simplify things for us all!. If i were in your shoes I would definitely seek help and not try to battle, fill out forms myself. The CAB or citizens Advice Bureau should be able to help you or at least put you in touch with the right people. You can phone your local branch for an appointment, or go online . There are other organisations to help in these situations have a look online or ask CAB. hope some of the other folk here have more ideas for you, but I would get help if it were me. best wishes m.b. x x 😊

CAB can help you sort this. They are very very experienced at MRs and Appeals and 'win' a much higher percentage than people doing it all themselves. It's also goof to feel that you have someone on your side.
