So I was wondering what was taking so long regarding biopsy appointment... I had a letter the other day saying my local gastro consultant is on leave for 3 months maybe more... Urgh. Why is nothing straight forward. I left message on answer phone for bham consultant secretary... Maybe they will arrange it there now .. surely they can't just leave me in the dark for months .. sorry for rant.. hope you're all ok

I honestly don’t know if 3 months is a long time to wait for your appointment or if it’s normal but I would have thought they could arrange it with another surgeon if they think it is needed sooner. I hope you get a call back soon to ease your mind.

I'm coping ok with the body pains and fatigue.. even though I sleep a lot of the day... it's the brainfog/concentration & lack of focus that's the worst part of it.
