So Ive been suffering with pain for about 4-5 years now. No clue whats going on. Everytime I go in to the doctors with pain and dark urine, they give me fluids...(which is strange cuz i drink like a gallon of water a day but dont retain it) and run there test. My test come back with everything running within normal range, except slightly raise biliruben which is literally .1 over normal reading, and sometimes I have low plattlettes (they range back and forth only slightly below normal). What could be going on.......im pulling my hair out over this because the dicomfort is excruciating

This is one only your doctors can answer i'm afraid. Those symptoms are pretty vague and could be caused by any number of things. I must admit though, from what you describe liver disease wouldn't be the first conclusion i'd jump too.
The reason you get fluids is because the most common cause of dark urine is dehydration.
If you feel that your current doctor is not doing enough to get to cause of your pain - can you find a different doctor?
One problem with symptoms is that the same symptoms can be caused by lots of different things, so doctors look for the most common causes and then it is mostly a rule this or that out, until or unless something more defining shows up.
