Hope someone might have some advice , my husband is just over 18 months post transplant and has great test results but is suffering from bad acid reflux and has had some worrying pale stools lately
He was told it’s a common symptom but it seems to have worsened and I wondered if anyone has had similar experiences or has any advice please

Has he had a recent blood test? If not I would ring your GP and explain your worries and I am sure they will arrange.. I can't help but panic when I see pale stools, but it can be something he has eaten or drank or just sometimes we do see things ..
As for reflux I get it quite often and am just advised to take gaviscon and I have mint tea that helps 😊
But like I said for your peace of mind if he hasn't had bloods recently just get them done x
Pale stools are a sign that his bile isn't flowing properly and needs immediate investigation. Tell your GP and he'll be whisked off for tests. I've had many ERCPs and stents to keep my bile duct open. Other symptoms that go hand-in-hand with this are dark urine and itchy skin.
Acid reflux is just really common anyway. Take over-the-counter medicine, prop up the head of your bed, don't eat close to bedtime, avoid caffeine and spicy foods. I have had it worse after transplant, waking up with vomit in my mouth because I've been very very close to being sick all over the place.
