I've not been to bad thanks, nothing major to report apart from some nice muscle wastage but trying to get on top of my diet and work out more, I'll be honest I had started to lack in the health6 eating department. Xmas was great, first one without drink and honestly lived it (been 13 months now since had a drop) .. how's things with you?

Going well thanks 15 months without a drink feeling better overall trying not to worry so much but that's easier said than done. If you don't mind my asking did you ever get a diagnosis. Really I guess all we can do is take care now sober Christmas was great for me as well

Yeah, cirrosis confirmed, not 100% sure how bad bit to be form decomponsated to componsated which is a good thing. I feel a lot better but still have the odd symptom that reminds me (weakness/tired etc) just taking every day at a time and trying to enjoy life as much as possible
