Mediterranean diet, low sodium, exercise and avoid stress. Is the bp a liver issue?

Ah, yes it’s the British Liver Forum, blood pressure is an issue here mind, please feel free to ask. My BP has been climbing post transplant, so an issue.

Going to buy a home kit, it could be white coat syndrome.

First of all I'd want to know what the cause was? Could it be your heart racing, pacemaker, or something else. You might be doing more harm than good if your not careful.

What BP medications have you tried and what were the side effects of each?

Hi Raven59

Please be aware this is not a medical forum. We would suggest that you discuss your concerns with your own doctors who will be best placed to safely advise you with regards your blood pressure.

Best wishes
