Cheers,

Hi Brett, there is so much information about out there, and I stick to my golden rule of treating anything I read from America with a certain amount of scepticism. All things that are shared, including information is subject to retesting over here prior to it being approved, and I wouldn't put my trust in something that's not been thoroughly tested and trailed in this country first. These are my own beliefs, but just wanted to raise a point of caution to the newbies on this site.
No disrespect intended.
None taken. My liver doctor told me to keep up the good work on my liver diet as it’s working really well. My reply was “what diet?”
I’ve cut down on a lot of salt but that’s it. I still eat the same as normal but more frequentl smaller meals.
It’s strange but the dietitian told me almost word for word on the link I sent. I can’t be a slave to a diet though.
Cheers ,
Brett
Good morning to everyone reading this. Although the information contained in the article is interesting, as Richard64 says, and I know you understand this too, the recommendations should be treated with great caution as some of them may well be contrary to the advice that forum users have been given by their own medical team , particularly with regards to medications.
Please always discuss with your own medical team
