Nobody here would be able to interpret your blood result as this is not a medical forum but an advice and support group.
There are many causes of liver disease and alcohol is just one reason for a damaged liver. The best course of action for you would be to get your information regarding liver disease from a trusted source instead of 'google'
The British Liver Trust website is a valuable source of information, advice and news about liver disease.
I have the same. I’ve been investigated and they don’t know why. Could be fat on your liver, reaction to meds, type 2 diabetics tend to have higher ggt or as my heptologist said to me some people just have high ggt. I would get checked out if you are over weight especially around the middle then try losing weight through diet and exercise (must be both) and see if that helps.
