Hi guys

I usually read the posts, rarely making comments as it’s hard to put into words all that’s going on when your liver starts messing up plus it’s easy to feel low & I wouldn’t want to bring you all down, that’s not helping anyone! Chin up & carry on right?

So I just wanted to say thank you for all the upbeat & encouraging words you all share, even if you’re having a rubbish time! Even the odd rant makes me smile cos I can usually relate! Lol.

So chin up my lovelies.............

Thanks for the post. You are right , things can be pretty bad but that’s why it’s important to see past that and find positives. There are always positives, or possibly double negatives 🤔. As you say Chin up!
