Huws next update

So been a very long day but again huw never ceases to surprise me... so he’s now off ventilator and doing very well, just finding the happy medium with the pain relief. All scans and obs are good, even though very early days thumbs up 👍 so far xxxxx

I am so, so happy for you. I had mine 11 months ago and I can’t imagine how hard it was for my hubby and girls. Now I have taken up work again (part-time like before) but as both kids are now at uni I have time on my hands so volunteer 1full day a week and do aqua fit x2 and go to the gym once or twice. In Sept I will be joining a theatre group. Family life is wonderful. There is such a wonderful life after a transplant!
