can hcc be caused from asphestis

my husband is being treated for HCC has 6 tumors was found by accident after he had heart attack one tumor is 10cm the others are 2,3,4cm they talked about cirrhosis and hep but he isn't a drinker and has not had hep anyway found an article from UK that mentioned about asphestis and he worked 30 yrs ago removing it from building has anyone else heard of this ? he is today having his first TACE on the largest tumor
