Your question is confusing, try typing insomnia into the search box. I'll find some previous feeds there.

Insomnia and cirrhosis / Managing Sleep Disturbances in Cirrhosis lots to read

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

I would think everyone here has had a turn at insomnia I believe in my case it exhaustion that’s the kicks my butt so I take benzodiazepines like lorazepam to help fall asleep and when I can something stronger like a Sedative such as Ambien, try to eat right consistently (time of day and portions ) gand exercise as much as possible. Be consistent with a bedtime routine no napping , expect this to take time your body is no longer producing Melatonin is one problem , also as your body changes there is all kinds of crap that can happen for me , AHIapnea sleepiness scaleREMrapid eye movement sleepOSAobstructive sleep apnea, As you can tell with cirrhosis there is never a easy straight answer so visit your physician and ask all the questions you can google and read

Good luck

My sleep pattern is generally 3 nights no sleep followed by 1 great night.

Have real deep sleeps unintended in the day for 2 hours at times!

My doctor prescribed me quetiapine 25mg to help me sleep at night. They mostly work but sometimes I need two tablets. They took a week or so to get used to but none of the others seemed to work or I got very bad side effects. Prescription drugs are not the best thing to take but they have helped me. I still need a 2 hour nap after lunch though.

Cheers,

Brett
