Whilst I am not a medic and have only read up on fibroscan I would cast doubt on any reading that came from a fibroscan where they only managed to get 3 valid measurements or 9% success rate. It sounds like they took a whole load of readings - only 3 gave any valid measurement or in other words only 9% of the readings they took were valid.
What they normally do is take a whole load of readings and based on those they work out the average and that average or median is the score - kPa etc.
I think you'd want a higher success rate (more readings) to give an accurate average reading and then produce the score which tells you what state the liver is in.
If it truly is 75 kPa dense then that would be the highest possible reading indicating full on cirrhosis BUT as they only got this from 3 readings I would be sceptical.
Hopefully, you have a follow up appointment arranged with a specialist to explain what they think is going on.

I personally wouldn't take any notice at all of fabroscan results. I paid for one and was told I needed a biopsy, I was then excepted on the NHS. Three months later I had another fabroscan and was told I was alright which I'm very clearly not. The scans didn't feel the same at all. Those scans are only as good as the people using them.
I hope that helps.
With these results Katie is spot on, this fibroscan is worthless.
