Could a fall affect blood test?

Probably this is a really daft question but could a fall - ( landed on my face!) affect my liver function test results? Due to have ggt and general lft's in 2 days. Slightly swollen and bruised mainly my pride ! Appreciate your thoughts ........ thanks in advance

Hi my husband has fallen 2 or 3 times and I get so worked up because I know that once he

falls everything goes wrong and HE gets worse. I would also like to know what the affect is.
