I am a chronic pancreatitis sufferer. It will reasonably well managed, well as much as it can be. My real worry at the moment is I have a swollen tummy. It is only of the left side below by belly button. I have read the dreaded internet and I have convinced myself I have ascities. Any thoughts?

You need to go and see your GP they are the only one who can give you the answers as it needs looking at to be diagnosed and you may be worrying about nothing
I have the same. I've been pretty skinny for the the last 10 yrs. because I'm afraid to eat too much as it causes massive pain. I do however have the belly thing you mention. Went to my gasto who immediately did an ultrasound in his office. Nope, not fluid. I hate this. If you find out what it is, please let me know.
