Broken sleep
The reason you have your appetite back is that I presume you've stopped drinking & your body is now wanting the calories it was previously getting from booze. In liver disease its common to loose your appetite so still having one is a good thing. Your liver can no longer convert stored energy into ready fuel and that's why many people suffer muscle wastage and become malnourished. Those with advanced liver disease are advised to eat liitle and often with frequent snacks (protein & carbohydrate) to give body a regular fuel supply.
Sleep pattern disruption is very common. Have you got cirrhosis? One condition that can arise is hepatic encephalopathy due to toxin build up and one of its key early symptoms is sleep disruption.
Listen to your body and rest when you need to.

Same here except I had Hepatitis C and Cirrhosis I had troubles sleeping for years prior to being diagnosed. I would use over the counter sleep aids . After the Cirrhosis diagnosis and Hepatitis C treatment no more over the counter stuff went straight to benzodiazepines , and now with ( HE )hepatic encephalopathy, I also take rifaximin and lactulose this helps most . I still have problems with falling asleep but once asleep I can stay asleep for 8 plus hours
