My brother (age 17) is suffering from NRH. Is it curable? How long does it take ?

Hi there - if you search this website, it's one of the very few you'll find several different personal experiences from people with NRH. I've just started a Facebook group & page as well, hoping to collectively come together to be able to discuss this. My husband was diagnosed in 2001 and had been fairly symptom-less until 2016, when he ended up receiving a side-by-side renal shunt to relieve pressure. We are anticipating it being a long term fix. Would love to chat more!
