Hi I had AIH for 5 years but recently ive been feeling much better and my alt readings have been so low but after a routine scheduled biopsy I was told I have PBC as well. I know I could have had worse news and I am thankful but just feel a bit low. I was wondering if anyone else is dealing with this overlap?

PBC is an auto immune condition. So one becomes part of the others, yes there are others on here with PBC and both.
Have you joined the Facebook page for AIH? You will find others on there with both conditions and they should be able to give you advice on any questions you have.
