yesterday my firend touched his penis and urinate and. he didnt wash his hands And with that hand he gave me cigarette.and i have got sore throat and aphtha today. do you think is it possible get something.

Don't worry probably the cigarette caused the sore throat.
you cannot catch HIV like that, and neither will you get Hepatitis either just by touching something. but always remember to wash hands after the toilet, if you have not the facility to do that always carry a bottle of hand cleaning gel in your pocket. and Stop worrying.
thanks fro your answer. But my friend touch the cigarette with dirty hands exactly where you take it in your mouth and I put it into my mouth. And also in some sites it says from the genital area if a person touches this area and touch something else for example a cigarette and put into your mouth maybe you will get this illness
Do not worry all you need to do is make sure your personal hygiene and the ones you come into contact are good. i.e wash hands after toilets or use hand gel, if washing facilities are not there.
With any sexual contact always use a condom this way you keep yourself safe and others.

You dont get blood borne illnesses such as HIV or hepatitis from dirty hands or urine you get them from contaminated blood. But you do get sick if the same hands have faeces on them, if your friend is not washing his hands after using the toilet then he is putting himself at risk and putting others at risk. Was there no hand washing facilities where you were?
