My daughter has biliary atresia unfortunately having portal hypertension

we have to travel her to Taiwan for her operation (livertransplant) but the doctors didnt give us clearance for travel because she's afraid that my baby might bleed because of the pressure. Can you give us anything opinion what should we do in order for her to travel safe to taiwan

1. If the Dr's say it is not safe to travel then I should take heed of what they are saying. Portal hypertension is highly dangerous and you would not want your daughter to have a major bleed in the air.

2 Insurance is likely to be an issue.

Here in the Philippines children with biliary atresia transplanted only in Taiwan because they have high success rate and they also have cheaper price. I dont have any choice than to take a risk because theres no other way she needs to have transplant.

Sa tingin ko po hindi magandang idea ung TIP na sinasabi nyo kc my mga complications na makakaharap ang baby ko like hepatic encephalopaty na mapupunta sa coma at heart failure. transplant na po ang kelangan ng baby ko pra makasurvived sya ang problema lang po tlga nid nyang hindi magbleed sa eroplano pra makapunta kmi sa taiwan
