More than Running

A quick post to recommend an interesting NRC run 'More than running'. A coach and a PT (physiotherapist? personal trainer? She's American and so I'm not quite sure but she sounded well qualified and knowledgeable) discuss running injuries and how to prevent and treat them. Food for thought.

It was about 18C and overcast with a nice cool northerly breeze, perfect. I did the run very slowly, mostly Zone 3 and none at all in Zone 5 so this is an absolute success :)

There are more ways to achieve goals than running fast!!

That sounds like a great run! I am definitely sticking that on my to do list.

Congrats on the zone 3 too. It’s so satisfying when you can see real progress like that. What’s the othe coach B saying I love? Measure success in as many ways as you can! Massive well done!

Thanks, I think the cooler weather helped, less effort for a better result.Coach B is spot on, if we're all different we each have our own way of achieving.
