A quick post to recommend an interesting NRC run 'More than running'. A coach and a PT (physiotherapist? personal trainer? She's American and so I'm not quite sure but she sounded well qualified and knowledgeable) discuss running injuries and how to prevent and treat them. Food for thought.
It was about 18C and overcast with a nice cool northerly breeze, perfect. I did the run very slowly, mostly Zone 3 and none at all in Zone 5 so this is an absolute success
There are more ways to achieve goals than running fast!!
