I don't know if I have post partum problems after having had my breast removed to get rid of the Cancer as I had it rebuilt but I have no nipple

Do you mean post traumatic stress syndrome? Post partum depression can happen after the birth of a child. Any cancer is stressful, and some women find it very difficult to deal with the physical changes that come after breast cancer surgery. Are there any support groups for women where you are?

I have read about tattoo artists who can tattoo a "nipple" onto the breast. Some women find that that helps their emotional well being greatly. If you consider that, check out the tattoo artist carefully for a very clean facility and safe inks.
