Standard hartraz 440 protocol. What are standard no of cycle for maintainance dose.

Hi team, i have query regarding total no of trstuzumab 440mg. 6 tch cycles chemo done. 6 hartraz 440 only maintenances cycle done. Only these 12 were prescribed by our oncologists. But other oncologist suggest total 17 hartraz 440 cycle is standard protocol. I am confused here. What are total no of hartraz 440 mg maintenances is recommends always. Or may my oncologist will suggest it in next visit.

It’s best for you to meet your Oncologist once and ask him about the difference. Mostly he will prescribe some more. If he hasn’t, he will tell you why he is not prescribing, maybe because of some cardiac reason or other. There is always some variation from Oncologist to Oncologist and there will always be a sound reason. So just Ask your Oncologist your doubts and I am sure he will help to clarify them.
