Hello all, I would like to ask if anyone has heard or knows about little red blood spots on the chest tummy and armpits?? I had breast cancer 2007 reconstruction/and reduction operations in 2009 I have lymphoedema in right arm. I am in early 60,s so I wonder if it's an age thing. They don't irritate me but they have increased over past months, any ideas. Thank you

I have noticed some new ones coming up on my breasts and upper arm (the underneath part) during my chemo treatment. My oncologist said they were aging spots.

I’ve had them for years, nothing to worry about, take care.

Hi Amelia, age spots are usually brown, not red. I'm only two years out from my orginal diagnosis but I have been told if anything new or unusual persists for more than two weeks it's best to talk to your GP or Breast Cancer Nurse (if you had one assigned to you). If it is age spots then s/he will confirm that but I would let a doctor at least look at them.

Not what you're looking for?
