Very worried

I have a hard lump on my rib cage & I am having a bone scan on Christmas Eve - can anyone please advise who has experienced this?

I can imagine how worrying this must be. It will be casting a horrible shadow over the christmas holidays for you. Its not something I am familiar with. The only positive in this is that you are having it investigated properly and so they will be able to give you some answers in the next weeks. 'Try not to worry' must be pretty well impossible for you but I wish you all the best. xx

My mastectomy scar was a mess. It was tested and twice told infection. You don’t really know how your chest should be. Do you have a scar in the area? Today I’m full of anxiety so you are not alone

Hello Clarencecool - My scar is on the breast(lumpectomy) but this new lump is on the rib cage - up & down with emotions and waiting.

Thank you Karina, I see the consultant on 2nd January for the results. I recovered from breast cancer 4 years ago and thought I was all clear - just hoping that this is not too serious.
