Enjoy your swim, don't do too much though so soon after surgery, and yes, be proud of your scars, on my first surgery anniversary I told everyone that my scars were 1 year old and they were having a party to celebrate, best of luck with chemo xxxxx

Managed one very dodgy length hahaha but lovely relax by the pool with a book, it may be my only holiday this year 🤞🏻

Well Done Trisha 🌸

Loving the hair 👩🏻‍🎤 keep your arm moving as much as you can, ‘walking’ it up the wall when you’re in the shower & it’s all warm is great & however far you can move/stretch it, always pull back by about 10% then you won’t do any damage.

Very Best Wishes

MrsN 💅🏼

PS Black or Very Dark Polish for your Nails if you can while on Chemo x

Hi Jenny yes just the 1 arm, I’ve not seen a lymphedema nurse as yet but was told I’d be referred. They did tell me I’d never be able to have bloods, blood pressure etc on that arm. I’m struggling with cording at the min
