I am on tamoxifen and get shortness of breath, particularly when bending and stretching such as pegging out washing, and walking uphill, even on a gentle slope. I think it is a side effect of tamoxifen as it is mentioned in the information leaflet

I get a rapid pulse, when I use cardio machines at gym I sometimes get a warning on the screen of machine I'm using that my heart rate is high! so I have to slow right down but I find it doesn't take much to get it there! it is a side effect unfortunately.

Same here, rapid pulse, takes an age to calm down after cardio exercise :( was worried it was damage from the radiotherapy, but as on Tamoxifen I think it's that.

I get the aches and pains in legs etc too especially after exercise but ironically is better generally the more I exercise.... have to keep thinking it's the lesser of two evils!
