Fingers and feet aches

Hi how is all me fellow tamoxifen users getting on as every morning I waken up the aches in my fingers and feet are very sore and take a while to get back to normal was wondering how yous where all coping tia x

I found taking high dose of Vit D helped massively.

It is all evidence based research and I get it prescribed from GP along with calcium (adcal with vit D)

Hi, I ache most of the time tbh, but sort of push through it, some days are worse than others... I play netball which helps but causes my ankles and knees to ache more... heard tonic water helps, (I drink it on its own as like its taste, there are some nice flavoured ones around now though if you don't like it much).

Am seeing my consultant tomorrow so might mention Vit D, thanks Maxrob

Hi don't worry about it that's just another symptom from our life saver Tamoxifen it will stop and something else will show lol I'm use to it now 4 years on take care and keep well

This is my third year, and you are right😂😂 I also suffer from the horrendous flushes as well but heho😂 X

I ended up with neuropathy. I was advised to take B1 in addition to the B complex I was already taking. I had great improvement. The big toe is still lingering. They hurt and the nails look crappy.
