This is something I do. I also try, when I go to bed, to think of at least one good thing that happened that day that cheered me up or made me smile. X

That's is a great piece of advice. Every day is wonderful in so many ways. I have discovered that since my diagnosis I have been humbled and am so thankful for the opportunities not missed during my colourful time here. Obviously I hope for more but dare not be greedy when so many lives get cut very,,very short. ❤️

When I feel bad, the thoughts that keep me going are of my 2 year old granddaughter. I also look at photos of her. She is wonderful. When I see her that is even better. All my aches/pains/feeling lousy go out the window for a short time
