Microscopic Entering Body

Something completely microscopic in size has been entering my body they're causing sudden headaches that are severe and neck soreness behind my neck, when entering chest they give a ripping or tearing pain. I want to ensure I receive the proper care through the emergency instead of them gaslightimg and saying it's a mental health issue. I've been to the emergency room several times only to be told it's mental I'm in Jackson Ms. My health is declining my life is on the line
