Hand Tremor

Hi. My hand is shaking slightly from last 7 days. I am worried and feeling uncomfortable sometimes while using my laptop with touching to the keyboard.I also visited neurologist and did MRI of brain and with some tests in blood sugar and Thyroid and other tests and everything is normal.

What might be the causes? I don't have anxiety. Anyone sharing experience and knowledge would be appreciated.
