I don't have any friends and only have my family to talk too, So wish there would be an easier way to find others that have things in common without having to be on aps like Facebook (despise) Instagram (just as bad) or the like.

I use to have yahoo groups but they shut them down a while ago but it was fun while it lasted..

Having a TBI, not working or wanting to leave my house much makes finding others VERY CHALLENGING.

I've been wanting to get into gardening, have a bunch of ideas, possibly starting a chicken coop to be more self sufficient without purely relying on grocery store foods to feed and sustain myself and family.

Any help, advice or ideas would be very useful

Good Morning, Shera79! Heh! We're both in Canada and while I don't have a TBI, I do have significant cognitive issues and struggle with the simplest thing these days which others don't understand because on the outside, it looks like everything is in good working order. Grrrr! My poor cat, Bella, looks at me when I am screaming in frustration as if to ask, "What did I do?"

Excuse my curiosity, but why don't you have any friends?

My interests were once reading but that is too hard right now, I do love to write and am writing Christmas letters for seniors in British Columbia as part of a project for an agency there known as Volunteer Grandparents. I love to write and communicate so maybe we could grow to be friends?
