Hi,

I would like to know about this brain injury lawyer in Ottawa ( sginjurylaw.ca/ ). My dad is suffering from loss of memory, and he was diagnosed to have a brain injury. In this January, he has undergone an ENT surgery due to an ear infection. After the surgery, he had a severe headache, ear pain and fluid were frequently coming out of his ear.

When we consulted the surgeon, he gave some medications, and there was no fluid discharge for few days. Again it started after one week. This time, we consulted another doctor, and he diagnosed the brain injury. And the injury occurred during the ear surgery. We want to move legally against the surgeon. My father and my family are suffering a lot.

Their negligence made our life horrible. So, please help us get justice! If you have faced a similar situation, kindly let me know the formalities for a claim.
