Am I being over sensitive?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with twins and I feel huge. Long story short these were my last 2 embryos after many failures and miscarriages. Babies are a good size and all is well so far however I am getting so upset by peoples comments on the size of my bump. Oh your bumps tiny oh it doesn't look like there's 2 oh I thought you'd be bigger than that. The comments make me worry and have ruined this pregnancy for me as I am sick of people thinking they can say what they want without thinking! Am I being ridiculous and are comments normal?

Hi, what I wouldn't do to be pregnant again, let alone with twins...what a bonus, you're a lucky lady and I see from your profile it hasn't been an easy road to get this far so my advice would be to enjoy this time!! What do you care about what other people think as long as your babies are growing and healthy. That really is all that matters. Enjoy the last few weeks of this special time before you're run off your feet taking care of these little miracles.
