14 weeks and can’t eat anything or keep anything down! What do I do?

Been bed bound for a month, non stop vomiting, lost 15lb, can’t eat anything. Doctor keeps putting me on anti sickness tablets which aren’t helping but they said there’s nothing else they can do. This is my 3rd pregnancy, this one has been considered high risk. Starting to feel very weak and can just about do my 10 steps to the bathroom when I need to pee

I would phone 111 and see if you can be seen out of hours, if you're feeling very weak you may be dehydrated and need fluids.
