Hey again guys.

Following my post ‘Has anyone fallen pregnant naturally at 40, starting to worry’

I have found out I am pregnant with my rainbow 🌈

About me..

2 children already - 14 & 16 yrs old

Fell pregnant in Feb and lost baby in May. This was an absolute shocking and traumatic time, I had some bleeding and was given a scan, they told me it was a MMC. I had to wait another week for second scan but miscarried naturally half way through.

The hardest thing was going back to work, I still had people coming over to me to congratulate me, rumours spread fast in the large work place and people knew that I didn’t even know.

Anyway, cycle # 4 since MC and I’m pregnant again 🤩. Tested early. 6 days early, faint line on cheap test, then did a digital and said pregnant. I’m not feeling particularly different at the minute. Is this normal? I can’t remember when I started to feel pregnant last time.

I’ve booked a private scan for 6 weeks and hope doctor will also send me in for a reassurance scan on the nhs due to previous MC.

I feel like I’m not taking this one seriously. That I have this shadow hanging over me.. this cloud...

What’s your story?

Congratulations!!

I’m 17 weeks pregnant after trying for nearly 8 years for baby number 2 - had given up and was on the pill to control endo when it happened so you just never know lol.

Honestly, despite scans etc, I’m not sure I really feel pregnant even yet - I’ve been lucky in that I haven’t had any sickness or anything so I think it’s normal for it to take a while to feel that way!!

I’m 40 next week!!

Thank you so much! Still don’t feel pregnant but I’m only early. Just stresses me! Need my scan! 11 days to go!

My mum had me when she was 39 😁! As long as your little one is filled with love, food in their belly and a home which your little one will then you'll be fine 😁!

I'm only 25 but have lost 2 babies previously before giving birth to our not 18 month cheeky son. I don't think the doctors will give you a reassurance scan though Hun as we were told we had to have 3 miscarriages before they look into anything and refused scans when pregnant with our son.

We booked a private scan though like you which helped! Just try to relax and take it all in! Congratulations ❤️

Thank you.. scans on the 17th September. Did another digital test this morning and it now says 3+ pregnant. So that’s good hopefully, hormones increasing. Days go so slowly when pregnant.
